WDHS

The Webster-Dudley Historical Society is comprised of a small group of volunteers who are caretakers and stewards in protecting and preserving various historical objects that have been donated and that are relevant to both towns’ history for present and future generations to enjoy and to help tell Webster’s and Dudley’s story.
We are located in The Little Red Schoolhouse at 451 School Street which was built in 1835 and was Webster’s first school. The building has also been known as Fenner Hill School and District Five Schoolhouse and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
